We currently have one new development under construction – Ivy Lane in Wetheral where we are building just nine new homes finished to the highest specification by local craftsmen and with the trademark Magnus Homes emphasis on attention to detail.

Situated in an area of spectacular Cumbrian countryside at the north end of the Eden valley, the delightful village of Wetheral sits above the River Eden offering peaceful rural living. Education is well provided for locally. There are several popular primary schools nearby and Wetheral is within the catchment area Richard Rose Central Academy. There are further opportunities in secondary education at William Howard School in Brampton and Queen Elizabeth Grammar School in Penrith.

Wetheral is within approximately four miles of the historical border city of Carlisle and wider communication links are excellent with ready access to junction 42 of the M6 and eastwards to Newcastle via the A69. Newcastle Airport is within an hour’s drive. West Coast Main Line rail services from Carlisle provide high-speed access to London, Glasgow and Edinburgh.
